Fairness and Justice
Overview
The Ikoku Services is committedĀ toĀ a conception of fairness and justice via processes and procedures that ensure civil liberties and basic, civil and fundamental rights areĀ notĀ subject to arbitration, barter or trading, bargaining, negotiation, political calculus or voting, or to abrogation for the aggregate public good.
Therefore, persons engaged in any activity involving, referring to, relating to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Services are expected to uphold the following:
Basic Liberties and Civil Rights
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure protections of civil liberties and basic, civil and fundamental rights during evaluations hearings, interviews, investigations, reviews and other equivalent procedures and processes.
Confidentiality and Privacy
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure protections of confidentiality and privacy rights during evaluations, hearings, interviews, investigations, reviews and other equivalent procedures and processes.
Due Process
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure protections of rights to due process and fundamental justice during evaluations, hearings, interviews, investigations, reviews and other equivalent procedures and processes.
Duty to Report
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure all persons and entities involved honor the Duty to Report, during evaluations, hearings, interviews, investigations, reviews, or other equivalent procedures and processes.
Accordance with Ethics
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
ā that The Ikoku Services ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with theĀ founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Services and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founderās Agreement.

As stated earlier, The Ikoku Services User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for or pertaining to The Ikoku Services (as well as the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates). By continuing, you indicate that you understand that the Codes and Policies include ā but are not limited to ā the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies. We provide access to all of the described below.

Your Knowledge and Agreement
The Ikoku Services strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Fairness and Justice, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Services takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Duty to Organizational Integrity
And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights ā including the attendant properties and protections ā of company and organizational integrity.
